FAQs

There is no onsite parking at Wilkins Bone Lake Bash. All attendees will be bussed to the event free of charge. Shuttles will start at 11:30 am on Saturday, July 26, with the last shuttle leaving Wilkins Bar & Resort at 11:59 pm the same day. There will be three offsite bus pickup and drop-off locations:

  • Off-site Parking Field – (TBD address)
  • Balsam Lake, Wisconsin – (TBD address)
  • Luck, Wisconsin – (TBD address)

Look for designated event signs to guide you to the off-site parking field. Event staff will be at each location to assist and direct you. Please note that beverages are not allowed on the buses. For real-time transportation updates, follow Wilkins Bone Lake Bash on social media.

Vendor Village at Wilkins Bone Lake Bash offers a vibrant mix of product sampling, interactive experiences, giveaways, and live demos. Located near the main restaurant in the partner activation area, you can also enjoy ice-cold Summit beer and tasty food at the Summit Brewing Outdoor Taproom, with picnic table seating for a laid-back experience.

Wilkins Bone Lake Bash is a cashless event–be sure to bring a debit or credit card.

All bags will be searched at the gate. For the fastest entry, consider leaving your bag at home. Diaper and baby bags must be accompanied by a child of proper age and will be searched at the gate. Medical-necessary equipment bags are allowed but will also be searched, and only medical items will be permitted inside. Bags that do not meet the official policy will not be allowed into the event area, and neither the event producer nor Wilkins Bar & Resort will be responsible for prohibited bags or items.

Approved Bags:

  • Clear bags smaller than 12”x6”x12”
  • Small clutch purses and fanny packs 6”x9” or smaller (can have no more than one pocket)

Prohibited Bags:

  • Any bag larger than 12”x6”x12”
  • Backpacks or bags with multiple pockets

Enjoy a variety of food and snacks at the Summit Brewing Outdoor Taproom. In addition, four other bars will be scattered throughout the event grounds, offering a wide range of alcoholic beverages, signature event cocktails, and non-alcoholic options. Be sure to visit the merchandise tent for exclusive Wilkins Bone Lake Bash and artist gear, as well as sponsor-driven items available in Vendor Village.

Please remember, the event is cashless–only credit and debit cards will be accepted.

Individuals who appear overly intoxicated will not be allowed entry or will be asked to leave. 

Allowed at Bone Lake Bash:

  • Empty water bottles (inspected at the gate) or sealed water bottles
  • Chairs and blankets (recommended: chairs that fold easily and are simple to carry on and off shuttle buses)
  • Chairs must be bag-free—no chair bags allowed
  • No chairs allowed in the VIP Party Pit

Not Allowed at Bone Lake Bash:

  • Umbrellas, flags, and coolers
  • Bags for chairs
  • No outside Alcohol 
  • Guns, knives, or weapons of any kind

All items are subject to inspection at the gate.

The Lost and Found is located at the Information booth near the VIP Check-in tent in Vendor Village. If you lose an item during the event, please check there. After the event, lost items will be held at Wilkins Bar & Resort. Any items remaining after Monday, July 28, will be disposed of, recycled, or donated.

If you’re attending Wilkins Bone Lake Bash and need accommodations, we recommend exploring hotel options in nearby towns or checking short-term rental platforms like Airbnb or Vrbo. Please note, there is no on-site lodging or camping available.
